Today was Elder Haddon's first P Day in the MTC and since it was Thanksgiving, he was very limited on time to e-mail but he was able to send some picutres and some good info!
He said that he's enjoying the MTC and it is a very spiritual experience so far. He has to teach a lesson in Swedish everyday, the only trouble with that is....he can't speak Swedish! So it's challenging but he's working through it. Today was also the first time he's done his own laundry from start to finish...oh the things a mission will teach you!
The kid in the middle is a friend of Ty's named Ben that left a couple weeks before he did, and the friend on the far right is Luke Jones, he has been a friend of his since he was 12 and got called to the same mission and reported to the MTC on the same day Ty did.
There's Elder Jones again in the laundry room/computer room
The rest of the pictures are of his district in the MTC, all of these missionaries will be serving with him in Sweden.
What a great post! Glad to know things are going well.
ReplyDeleteKC talked to a friend in Lewiston and found out that HIS son is in Tyson's mission in Sweden!!
How exciting to be able to have someone you know in the same mission. Good luck on your endeavors in Sweden.
